Jeffrey J. Bell joined First National
Bank of Arizona in 2000, bringing with him over six years of banking
experience. As Senior Vice President for Commercial Lending Mr.
Bell manages a team of origination and portfolio management. In
addition to these duties, he originates and develops new business
for First National Bank of Arizona.
Mr. Bell began his banking career as a Credit Analyst for Bank
of Arizona. He was quickly promoted to Commercial Construction
Officer. In 1998, Bell was hired as an Assistant Vice President
at Wells Fargo. In 2000, Bell joined First Bank of Arizona as Vice
President/Participation Manager where he oversaw a $100,000,000
participation portfolio. Additionally, he was responsible for the
management and training of financial interns and credit analysts
for First Bank of Arizona. In June 2002, he was promoted to his
current position a Senior Vice President, Commercial Lending.
Bell graduated from the University of Arizona with two Bachelor
of Arts degrees, one in English and another in History. He earned
an MBA from the University of Phoenix in September 2002. Bell also
has extensive financial training and has completed RMA Training,
AIB Training in Financing Independent Business, as well as certification
at Western Banking School of Management. He is currently pursuing
continued education at Pacific Coast Banking School.
Mr. Bell is involved in a number of organizations including the
MISS Foundation and Young Professionals of Arizona. When he can
find the time between work and school, he enjoys golfing, skiing
and hiking.
