HOPE Mentor
My name is Lisa DeRamo and I am a new HOPE mentor from Smithtown, Long Island, New York. I have been married for a little over 20 years to a wonderful and loving man. I have three wonderful boys, ages 17, 14 and 10 who keep me very busy. I had a stillborn baby girl, Gabrielle, who was born on September 15, 1997. The road to healing has been a long one and I now feel I am able to share my insight on the grief process with others who have gone through this terrible and devastating loss of a child.
