Bear Hugs
Mark and Margaret Abarr represent the national
group MISS (Mothers In Sympathy and Support) for parents whose children
have died neonatal deaths. In memory of their son, Tyler David, who
would have been 1 year old, the Abarrs donated more than 68 teddy bears
to the Peoria Police Department. The toys will go to needy children
