AGAST has operated since 1993 as an all volunteer organization dedicated to helping grandparents through the trauma, stress and grief after the loss of a grandchild. This program is now part of the MISS Foundation's HOPE Mentors program. Current coordinator for this program is Jennifer Soos. Please contact her if you have questions.

On the MISS Foundation Forums, you'll find a discussion board dedicated to grandparents:

If you are looking for a local support group, a grandparent or parent mentor, you'll find our volunteers listed on the groups page:

Many thanks to all our current AGAST volunteers! You are doing great work in service of so many families in need. We appreciate your time and energy so much.
