Kindness Project Stories of the Month:

For more information on the Kindness Project, visit our website at www.missfoundation.org/kindness As of March 31, 2001, our organization has distributed more than 240,000 Kindness Cards since the inception in November of 1997!

We had free tickets (we won at a party) and so we went to see the movie "The Perfect Storm" last night. He happened to know the young boy at the theatre who was the nephew of his good friend. He issued two comp tickets for us, and told us to save our free passes to go to the movie. Instead of saving our free tickets, as a Kindness Project, I gave the young teen couple behind us the tickets for them to use. The looks on their faces were priceless! What fun the KP is!!!! In memory of my dad– he died in a car accident last year– I donated all my good old toys and spent some of my Christmas money to buy new crayons and stuff for a day care center. It made me feel really good to think that I was helping other kids out by giving them things to play with and learn with. I miss my dad and wish he was here but I’m glad to do other things because he’d be real proud of me. Lori, Age 13

Yesterday for Alyssa's 13th birthday, I put pink carnations with ribbon and kindness cards on all the childrens graves. They were bought in bunches of 13, one for each year of MISSing Alyssa Brooke. Jana
