Angelina “Lina” Wangari arrived in September 2025 as a working-dog rescue—a tiny, watchful soul in a compact frame. At first, Lina keeps her distance: people have been confusing and loud, and she prefers to observe from a safe corner. Offering her space, time, and gentle routine, though, her eyes become bright and her tail moves from between her legs to quiet, hopeful taps. She’s exquisitely sweet once she warms up, taking treats with delicate manners and leaning in for careful chin scratches. Lina loves when humans move slowly, allowing trust to bloom at her pace.
