I am a retired ICU nurse, now licensed professional counselor in AZ, Somatic Experiencing Practitioner, and EAL/EFMH trained human. I am on the local bereavement provider lists here in Tucson. I co-founded a non-profit organization called Equinimity, Inc. We offer somatically-based, trauma-informed, relationally-centered services to folks who otherwise do not have access. We offer in person and online personal and group sessions. In person we offer for folks to come and be with the horses, individual and small group experiential programs that center around EASE – Equine Assisted Somatic Experiencing and EASE for developmental and complex trauma. We also offer a variety of expressive arts experientials.
