Child and Family Support Services, a community based behavioral/mental health agency with locations in Phoenix, Prescott Valley, Tucson, and Flagstaff. CFSS serves young people ages birth to 25 with a spectrum of mental/behavioral health challenges and their families. Most of the young people and families CFSS serves have experienced toxic/traumatic stress and/or incidents, both acute and long term, which have included experiences of dying and death.
