Emelinda Diaz-Banner Desert Medical Center

I am a Licensed Masters Social Worker, employed at Banner Desert Medical Center as a ER Social Worker. While in the ER I am providing emotional support and guidance to families during a patient death of an adult/child and notification of death at times.

I am also a medical social worker (PRN) at Honor Health Scottsdale Shea. I cover women’s and children where I am often providing support to patient’s that experience a fetal demise and/or mischarge, death.
