Kristy Fiore

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, Certified Rehabilitation Counselor and Certified Provider in Compassionate Bereavement Care.  I am a member of WPATH (World Professional Association for Transgender Health) and GIVE AN HOUR, an organization designed to provide free mental health services to veterans.

My goal in therapy is to provide a safe space for you to feel comfortable to do the work it takes to reach your goals. The heart of my work is in the present moment, and I place great value on compassion and kindness.

Beyond counseling, I have interests in healthy living, including reading, researching and practicing plant-based living and cooking, animal welfare, running, yoga, reiki, creative arts, playing and listening to music, and meditation.
