I provide a variety of support group circles in my area for bereaved families. I have connected with my local hospital and co-facilitate a bereavement support group but I also have found a need in my community to meet outside of the structure of the hospital and have created the Sisterhood in Grief Support Circles for bereaved mothers to learn together to carry what can’t be fixed. We hold space for each other, we honor our children and find ways to make space in our lives to mother our children while we process our grief together. I use a variety of techniques including but not limited to; nature, meditation, journaling, small group discussion, grief book clubs, and more.
