I work in a Title 1 Elementary School located in West Palm Beach Florida. My position is School Behavioral Health Professional, however by training I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. The School Behavioral Health Professional supports the behavioral and mental health of students within a school behavioral health continuum of supports. The position is integral to proactive and effective initiatives/efforts of a multidisciplinary team comprised of a range of industry disciplines within the broad spectrum of mental/behavioral health and wellness. I offer a continuum of supports that include prevention, intervention, and intensive strategies that meet the needs of individual students.
