My wellness practice is formally called “Relax & Breathe,” aka Mindful Counseling and Consulting. I offer counseling and support to individuals, couples, and groups (as facilitator and co-facilitator), for stress and anxiety reduction, grief, communication difficulties, and overall well-being. I incorporate elements of Buddhist psychology whenever applicable and appropriate. My daily practice of Buddhist meditation supports my counseling skills.
